Program Details
How It Works
Get Started: Patient’s must complete a comprehensive exam, necessary x-rays, and a cleaning. If there are any cavities present, it must be treated prior to receiving whitening. To schedule your appointment, please call us at (204) 817-6768.
Enrollment: For a one-time fee of $250, you can purchase your initial whitening kit and join our program.
Custom Whitening Trays: On the same day, a digital scan of your teeth will be taken using our advanced CEREC scanner. This scan is sent to our in-house lab for the creation of your personalized whitening trays.
Your Whitening Kit: You’ll receive two custom-made whitening trays, a convenient carrying case, and a whitening starter kit.
Whitening Process: The trays are designed for a secure and comfortable fit on your teeth while providing ample space for the whitening gel. Apply the gel and wear the trays for about 45 minutes. You can do this while in bed or during your daily activities at home. Continue this daily routine for 5 to 14 days until you achieve your desired level of whitening.
Maintenance: Following each regular dental check-up and cleaning, you’ll receive a complimentary refill tube of whitening gel to keep your smile bright. Use your whitening trays along with the gel for 2 to 3 days as needed.

Am I Eligible for the Lifetime Whitening Program?
To qualify for our Lifetime Whitening Program, patients must meet the following criteria:
- Be 17 years old or older and not pregnant or nursing.
- Maintain oral health with regular dental cleaning and check-up visits, a minimum of one appointment every 9 months (cleanings should not be more than 30 days overdue).
- Complete treatment for any active cavities and gum disease. Teeth with cavities can become sensitive and painful when whitened, and active gum disease may react negatively to whitening.
- Provide at least 48 hours’ business notice if you need to reschedule or change your appointment.
- Have no outstanding account bills.
Failure to meet any of these criteria will result in program disqualification, with re-enrollment available for a $50 reactivation fee.
Please Note:
- Lost or broken whitening trays can be replaced for a fee of $50.
- The average patient requires one tube of whitening gel for maintenance. Additional whitening gel tubes are available for purchase if needed.
