Esther brings a warm, welcoming, and compassionate approach to her role as Scheduling Coordinator at Renew Dental. She believes that exceptional patient care begins with treating every person with kindness, respect, and understanding. For Esther, it is important that patients feel heard, valued, and comfortable from their very first interaction with the team. She strives to make every appointment and interaction as smooth and stress-free as possible, recognizing that even the smallest gestures of care can make a meaningful difference in someone’s experience.

Esther recently graduated from the University of Manitoba’s Faculty of Arts, where she studied Psychology and Political Studies. Her educational background has deepened her interest in understanding people, appreciating different perspectives, and recognizing the individual needs that shape each person’s experiences. She believes that effective communication, empathy, and patience are essential to building meaningful connections, particularly in healthcare, where people deserve to feel understood and supported.

At the heart of Esther’s approach to patient care is the belief that a consistent standard of care should be available to everyone, everywhere. She believes that helping someone is not simply about offering assistance; it is about taking the time to understand what they truly need and providing the most appropriate support possible. She believes that the best help you can offer someone is the help that genuinely addresses their needs, rather than assuming that the same approach works for everyone. She carries this philosophy into her daily interactions, aiming to make each patient feel that their concerns matter and that their care is approached with thoughtfulness and genuine consideration.

As a Scheduling Coordinator, Esther understands that her role extends beyond booking appointments. She is one of the first points of contact for patients and recognizes the importance of creating a positive first impression. Whether she is helping patients find appointment times that work with their schedules, answering questions, or assisting with their next steps in care, she approaches each interaction with attentiveness and a willingness to help. Her goal is to make navigating dental care feel easier and to contribute to an environment where patients feel comfortable placing their trust in the Renew Dental team.

Outside of work, Esther enjoys learning new skills, listening to music, exploring new places and cultures, and spending quality time with friends and family. Naturally curious, she enjoys researching topics that interest her, learning new languages , and gaining a deeper understanding of the world around her. She values personal growth and believes that there is always an opportunity to learn from others and broaden her perspective. Through both her personal values and work at Renew Dental, Esther hopes to make a positive difference in the lives of the people she encounters, one interaction at a time. She believes that genuine care is demonstrated not only through what we do for others, but also through how we make them feel: respected, understood, and confident that their needs matter.
