With a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurial Management and a diverse professional background spanning banking, real estate, advertising, and insolvency, Monica has developed a knack for navigating even the most complex situations with confidence, care, and a positive attitude.

As Renew Dental's Income Coordinator, Monica is dedicated to helping patients understand and navigate the financial side of their dental care. From making sure treatments are properly coordinated with insurance coverage to helping patients explore financing options, she works behind the scenes to make dental care feel a little easier and more accessible. No question is too small, and no extra step is too much. Monica is always ready to lend a hand, find a solution, and do it all with her signature smile.

What Monica loves most about her role is being able to make a difference in a patient's experience. She believes that taking the time to listen, help, and make things easier can go a long way toward creating a positive experience from start to finish.

Outside of Renew Dental, Monica is always up for an adventure. She loves travelling, trying new things, and experimenting in the kitchen. But her favourite way to unwind is spending time with Luka, her adorable four-legged baby and very important companion. Whether she's discovering somewhere new, cooking something delicious, or simply enjoying time with Luka, Monica brings the same curiosity, warmth, and enthusiasm to life that she brings to the Renew Dental team.
